The following will outline how to print from a personal laptop computer.

Computer or Mobile Device connected to the "MyResNet" Wifi

MyResNet is available for free for Residents, Commuters, and Staff/Faculty Personal Devices

Call 855-241-1588 for 24-hour support with MyResNet

An @lyon.edu email address
- A Lyon College ID Number
Instructions

Save the document you wish to print in a supported format (PDF or DOCX).

There are 2 ways to submit prints to PaperCut.

Go to the below page and sign-in with your Lyon email and password, click "Web Print", click "Submit a Job", and upload the document to be printed

You can also email the document to be printed from your @lyon.edu email address. Send an email to studentprints@lyon.edu with the document attached.

You will receive an email back with a link to PaperCut. To check the status of your print, click the link and login to PaperCut using the same login as your email.

Once your Job says "Pending Release" in the upper left, go to one of the floor standing Ricoh Multifunction Printer/Copier.
- Using your Lyon ID number login to the Ricoh Copier and Select “Print Release”
