How to share your personal calendar Overview The following steps will describe how to share your personal calendar with another user. Instructions In your calendar located at https://calendar.google.com, hover your cursor over your name under "My Calendars", and then click the 3 dots. Click the 3 dots, then click "Settings and Sharing" Under 'Settings for my calendars', click 'Share with specific people or groups.' Enter the email address of the person you're sharing with and choose the desired level of permission to your calendar. Then click 'send' to send the invitation.
